Happy new year everyone! Hope you had a lovely holiday season! Mine was wonderful. It is so great to get a break and to take some time away from the daily stressors of life once in awhile. Christmas was so great and it makes me sad every year when it ends, but the best thing is knowing it will show up again next year!

I have lots to look forward to this year and lots to be thankful for. I am really excited about some new projects I will be taking on, doing some formal learning, and making strides with my blog and business. As for 2012, it was great and I wanted to share some highlights from my year with you!

Learning to take better photos, making connections with other Etsy community members, and making/finding some awesome merchandise for the shop has been such a great experience for me.

This was definitely a highlight for me! I was very nervous to meet such successful people, these guys have millions of followers! They were really nice and it was such a pleasure! Read about that here if you missed it.

Getting to Know our Dog Prince
We adopted Prince in December 2011 and spending 2012 getting to know each other was wonderful! We have had such a great time with him and there are definitely more good times to come! He is such a wonderful dog!

Awww. Lovely post. It is sad to take down those decorations and embrace winter head on, but it’s good to know that it’s a new year with new opportunities out there in the universe for us all!
