I attended the Interior Design Show with my lovely sister Lexi last weekend and it was tons of fun! We saw some lovely installations, great new products, and left feeling inspired and excited! Here are some snaps from the day.

In pursuit of a more simple life I decided to do what I love full time. My home is my haven and when I am there I am surrounded with beauty and inspiration. I believe everyone should feel like this in their own homes and through upcycling, updating, and beautifying forgotten and abandoned vintage and antique furniture I create the pieces that will add artistry and originality to your home. I support other artists and crafters by buying most of the hardware, staging accessories and other supplies I use from Etsy sellers and crafters in my community. How fun! I like the painted logs. It inspires me to make something along those lines.

I saw a little preview of this show on Breakfast Television. Was the second last picture some patio stones from a Japanese designer?
